When closed, Opera resets to default settings.

I have the newest version of Opera, and whenever I close out of Opera, all extensions, wallpapers, settings are reset to default.
I'm running Windows 10 64-bit. What do I do?

You need to find out what is causing this.

It can be that Opera is not being able to save settings on the profile folder or maybe some third part program is deleting the changes.

First try with a clean profile folder.
