My Techno F7 came with opera mini for Android. I tried updating it with mobogenie but after the update. The app started crashing. If I delete it and reinstall it will work. But if I try launching it, I get an error message saying opera fail to start.

No, you never could do this in Android AFAIK.

It was an Opera setting, you specified whether to use the phone UI (with the address bar at the bottom) or the tablet UI (address bar at the top). No idea if it exists in current versions, but that would be the language to look for. (Having a tablet, the phone interface wouldn't even make sense for me.)

Up to this day, I've never seen Opera with address bar at the bottom in any mobile device.
