How do I change the font in which websites are displayed by the Opera browser? The font Settings under
Website do no affect this change.

If a website actually specifies a font to use, you'll need an extension to override the style sheets.

            Hi
I'd also be interested in banning websites from using their own fonts. How do I achieve this?
            Thank you.

The first one to come to mind would be Stylish, though I'm sure there areb others. What you'd need to do is use a custom stylesheet to restyle the text on the page, though I'm not particularly the guy to talk to about stylesheets (aka CSS).

You can change the display fonts in web sites by injecting some CSS. AddCSS addon do this work.

You can see a screenshot for a working example for this addon http://i.imgur.com/2gvwPUu.png

I changed the default paragraph font of Opera Forums to 'Amor Sans Pro'.

Here is the link for the AddCSS addon: https://addons.opera.com/tr/extensions/details/addcss/?display=en
