Manually relaunch opera button?

Hey is it possible to manually relaunch opera? The functionality is on the about page/menu after opera gets updated. This is useful for people with multiple tabs/windows open and after reinstalling browser plugins/add-ons the browser has to be restarted for them to work. Chrome has this when you type in chrome://restart in the url.

Nope. However you can close and open it again.
