copying bookmarks from old Oprea Stable folder to a new one?

Dear Opera experts,
Due to a HD failure I had to copy the OperaStable folder from my dying laptop to a working desktop pc. I've been searching how to incorporate the history file from the laptop into the History file already on the desktop, any guidance would be much appreciated.
Also, same questions re. favorites (I don't understand where they are stored) and speeddial links.

I guess the only way would be using Sync.

Also, same questions re. favorites (I don't understand where they are stored) and speeddial links.

Bookmarks and Speed Dials are stored in the 'Bookmarks' file(s) in Opera's profile folder.
