How to enable print scaling

Tired of wasting paper. How can I enable the print scaling option (which is on by default in Chrome) ?

Click on 'more options' on the print preview page.

No, it's not there. That's where it would be, if I was running Chrome.

I was checking on developer. Current stable version indeed doesn't show the scale field.
