i have a problem in opera 46 , in this picture https://ibb.co/nJ8cxv , browser task is consuming all my internet speed , there is any way to stop this prbolem or any solution , thanks ^_^ .

Maybe getting a better Internet connection?

When does it happen? It may be auto-update running or feeds being updated or maybe synchronization.
