Two glitches in Opera UI

The first is at time to load the setting page from the sidebar, the transition is not smooth as it should be, see the video.

The second is in the cookie manager, the slider in the page "all cookies and site data" does not work, see the video

This is kinda of an old one.

The second is in the cookie manager, the slider in the page "all cookies and site data" does not work

I can see it happening here. No problems if you use the mouse wheel to scroll.
