URL Whitelist for Carrier ISP Header Enrichment

Hello,
I’m reaching out because of a current issue we’re having with the Opera Proxy feature.
Our company provides services on carrier billing through many carriers and as part of the sign up process users are identified using Header Enrichment which is provided by the carriers on our URLs. All opera users can’t be identified and can’t sign up to our services because of the proxy used by the Opera Browsers.
Would you please let us know how we could whitelist our URL so that the proxy is disabled on the specific URL that has header enrichment enabled?
This issue is similar to what was described here

Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I've just filled a bug report, however this is not really a bug as there should be an option on Opera's end to whitelist certain URLs that won't go through the proxy.
Is there any other way of getting in touch with someone from Opera's technical team?
Thank you

Thank you for the suggestion, however this is an issue our Opera users have when they want to sign up to our service, asking them to disable data saving as part for the signup flow doesn't convert, we've tried that but disabling it is too complicated for most users.
