[Solved] Define "support" for windows XP

In this blog post is says opera supports Windows XP, but the latest version that runs is 36.0.2130.80 & witch is based on chrome version is 49.0.2623.11, so does this mean only small update's are being made ? things like https://linustechtips.com/main/ does not work. is there some article i missed?
please explain for me.

Opera 36 is the last version with support for XP and Vista. it may get security updates if and when necessary but bugs most probably won't be fixed.
