How do I undo this action and allow the site to download again? I can't find a way to do it.
Thanks.

I was downloading files from a site I use. The downloads were taking some time, so I clicked the download file button several times. The Opera message popped up. I misunderstood the Opera message to mean to block multiple downloads of the same file, so I clicked yes. Turns out it blocks all downloads, which is NOT what I want.
Now I'm trying to re-enable downloads from this site.

Unfortunate, maybe this article could help you out: http://help.opera.com/Windows/12.10/en/sitepreferences.html It seems like you have changed site preference issue.

I ran into this exact problem with my Humble Bundle library. The way it gives "direct links" to download games is more like a mini app that Opera interprets as "multiple downloads" where after the first game downloaded it asks if you want to block multiple downloads from this page.
After a day of searching, this thread was the only thing that mentioned the problem. Seems Chrome has a special config page, chrome:config IIRC that Opera interprets as GoTo>Settings. In Chrome, this is actually an extended preferences page where the Ask/Block/Allow pages to start multiple downloads setting can be managed. Opera 46 has no such page or setting.
So it's off to the settings reset and reinstall for me.

I've just hit the same problem and I can't find a way to undo my selection. Now, I can't download anything from the given site.
What a strange setting is that? -

Enable
chrome://flags/#new-md-settings
, restart Opera and then go tochrome://settings/content/automaticDownloads

chrome://settings/content/automaticDownloads
If
chrome://settings/content/automaticDownloads
doesn't load right, useopera://settings
(with the md flag turned on) and navigate to it. Advanced -> Privacy and Security -> Content Settings -> Automatic Downloads". Then it'll load right. -

After you turn that on and make your changes to the automatic downloads settings, turn that back off as it's not too stable in Opera 53. It works better in Opera 55.
