[Solved]Two same devices in Tab Menu

Hello,
I have question/problem about/with my Opera. After installed Opera in two devices (PC and notebook), i got two same devices in Tab Menu on the top right side of Opera (img in link).
First DESKTOP-NG1****** works fine, but second is like frozen.
How could I delete second device? Reset sync? Or mby reinstall Opera on two devices? Or mby create another account?
Did somebody has same problem and solve it?

It may work.

A new installation will probably add another entry to the devices list.

Now it works fine (:
Just reset sync on two devices in same time. After that sign in again. And restart Opera.
