Cant listen stream from Shoutcast

I can't listen this web radio with opera.dev
It tries to play but sound like old casette is stuck in player.

Same here with Opera 48 on Windows 10. Media-internals says:

00:00:19 683 error Failed to reconcile encoded audio times with decoded output.
