Tabs placement

Hi everyone!

This is my first post so please go easy on me I've been using Opera for quite a while now and everything is going well except for one annoying problem. Is there anyway I can move the tabs from the top to the bottom of the browser? On my desktop, my taskbar is set to auto-hide at the top of the screen, so everytime I try to change tabs, I will mistakenly click on the taskbar instead of the tab. I've been going through the settings, manuals and forums and could only find the solution for an older version of the browser, which does not exist for this current one.

There must be keyboard shortcuts to some tabs actions.
Not used much myself, but... Not sure try searching for cycling tabs or like that.

Beside that, if by chance you've trouble placing your pointer in general, Windows used to have options to change its pace and shape. Which I did long time ago myself - to a swifter one though (and with a wagging tail*;)*).
