[Solved]messenger sidebar

so i had messenger in sidebar but i wanted to expiriment a bit with opera ( i m new i had chrome but opera is awesome it uses 1/10 of ram that chrome used) so i deleted messenger and i cant find it again any help? sorry for my poor english

Right click on the sidebar.

it shows only hide sidebar with right click also at the add button there isnt messenger in the apps that you can add

It seems you are looking into Extensions side bar, go to SpeedDial and do it there.
