How do fix Opera Neon's problems.

Hallo Folks,
I have using Opera Neon lately, and i think that very nice.
But i have two questions about that...
I know Opera Neon is a new browser, but i do not know how to add extentions...
I do like to use Internet Download Manager to make my downloads, and i do not find anyway to do it.
I had to reinstall it two times. He works just for somedays and break.
Anyone knows how i can solve that? -
