I think they went over to just listing changes in the desktop blogs for each new version.
A great shame, as it was nice to have them all in one place.

You should be able to find them in the link below. To see changelog for other versions just change the number.

For non-tech users (what mean, I would guess, 80~90% of them), the changelogs may not be very useful. I think that a page listing the new features and the main bug-fixes would be better.
Even for more tech users the changelog may have lots of uninteresting entries.

Is just to keep them all together.
At least a search box for 38 and up could be nice so seems an abandoned site, despite some entries may be less interesting.
