Extensions and settings not synced

I couldn't get back my settings and extensions in opera.I only got bookmarks and passwords.Google chrome has better synchronization features.I got it back as the same chrome as previous.When I reinstalled my opera I lost my data saved by extensions.Synchronization could'nt help.

Extensions are not synced. Settings should be synced but I'm not sure if all of them are.
