Cannot play video online

I have to admit that I cannot see a video on www.tvm.com.mt, whilst on other CMS the video is playing, do you think this is a video problem or a computer specific problem?

Browser version is Opera 45.0.

Video 1 plays fine here. Video 2 works if you disable the ad-blocker.
