Installing Opera behing a firewall

Guys,
I have a machine (Mac) in a closed network with access only to a secured intrAnet...
I can formally install packages on that machine but they won't be able to access the internet for anything else.
So there are two questions here:- Is there a full, self-contained package which I can use to install (and later upgrade) Opera on the Mac with no internet access?
- Is there a list of hosts/ports which Opera uses for installing/upgrading/syncing, so I can ask our network admin to grant access to?
Thanks!

There is a self-contained package, yes. Here is a link which I copied from the Mac page on Opera's main site. The rest I don't know.
