Opera 45: Start Page Flashing

Version 45 flash problems! When I navigate on the net I have sudden and short flash of the home screen that overlaps what I'm looking at. This does not happen with version 44 but it happened on beta or developper. SO Win7 32bit. some idea? thank you

Same problem, same version Opera. This started a few days ago with no changes to Opera.
This problem was also discussed a few years ago. See

Following that discussion I disabled the 2 extensions that were loaded, but flashing still occurs.
