How to sync speed dials from one computer to another

I know how to do this from my phone (although the functionality there is still a bit rough; ie, it will blindly import the remote speed dials, without checking for duplicates), but there appears to be no way to import the speed dials from 1 desktop browser to another. If there is, please let me know how to do this,
