Change the size of the window when you turn on the bookmarks bar

Opera (stable) 45.0.2552.812 (PGO) x32 and x64; Windows 8.1 x64
When you turn on the bookmarks bar, then on the Youtube website, the video window becomes smaller.
The scale in the system and the browser is set to 100%
In Opera 44, there were no such problems.
Do the developers know about this problem and will it be corrected or should I send a bug report?

There have been some comments on it so I guess this issue should be known.
