Pages not loading with a message to check connection

I'm currently using broadband internet.

When I open up Opera to any website,
it says it's unable to load websites
to check my internet connection.

Online? Check!
Reset modem? Check!
New Signal? Check
Call Internet Service Provider? Check

Browser Test....
Chrome? Connects!
Edge? Connects

Opera? Not Connecting...

Is opera down?

If I enter say buzzfeed.com into the address bar,
it just spins, spins, and spins without producing
an error message or the website.

What's wrong? I want my VPN back.

VPN is down right now, so turn it off temporarily or wait until Opera has fixed the issue.
