For the past few days, VPN isn't connecting.
I turn it off and on without much luck in "reactivating" VPN.

What's the best way to troubleshoot the source of the issue?

My desktop uses VPN just fine with Opera,
but on my laptop, the VPN doesn't work.

I'm currently using broadband internet.

When I open up Opera to any website,
it says it's unable to load websites
to check my internet connection.

Online? Check!
Reset modem? Check!
New Signal? Check
Call Internet Service Provider? Check

Browser Test....
Chrome? Connects!
Edge? Connects

Opera? Not Connecting...

Is opera down?

If I enter say buzzfeed.com into the address bar,
it just spins, spins, and spins without producing
an error message or the website.

What's wrong? I want my VPN back.

I checked the settings Opera

I'm using the recommended setting for Flash
to detect and run.

However, when I visit tv.xFinity.com,
I receive an error message that either
(1) My flash isn't current.
(2) My flash isn't enabled in the browser.

Why is my opera version having issues with Flash?
I just installed this browser on a brand new laptop
just a few days ago.

For testing of flash purposes, I momentarily
switched to Microsoft Edge, and I didn't have
flash issues with XFinity on Demand. THe tv show
loaded just fine, without flash issues.

It's interesting to learn that Opera Plugins no longer exists.
The Adobe pages haven't reflected that change yet.

I added Flash once more, and it sorted itself out.
The videos are playing as they should across multiple websites.

I am currently unable to watch online videos due to flash issues.

The error messages say that I don't have flash,
but I have installed it on the computer.

The issue may be that flash isn't enabled on Opera.

(1) In settings, I have activated flash "allow flash to run on websites."
(2) I cannot reach "opera://plugins" to enable flash.

The instructions on the adobe website say to go to opera://plugins,
but that triggers an error message saying that the page is unavailable.

"The webpage at opera://plugins/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."
