Dark theme interface hard to read

With Opera 45, there is a dark theme available. The problem is that the toolbar area is hard to read with the dark theme. Especially, the bookmarks toolbar buttons have insufficient contrast between text and background to read easily. If the text on the dark grey background were white rather than grey, it would be much better.

I had the same problem with the white theme. It´s wierd, the problem is only in Linux version. I use Opera in Windows too, and there is no problem. If you are in Linux version, try changing the font that you use, It works for me.

Did you mention this to the Opera team on Twitter or Facebook?
I do not belong to Twitter or Facebook. I did send them an email however.

I am using MacOS, and it is impossible to change colours in the interface.

The new UI is awful. There is very little contrast between elements making it hard to distinguish what is what.
The old UI needs to be brought back and/or further customization options added.

How? Opera doesn't have an email address for such kind of contact.
It does. If you look for feedback, on that page there is an email address for Opera customer support that you can see by clicking something. social-network at opera dot com

I found that by starting at http://www.opera.com/computer/mac.
Then followed the "Contact Us" link to here:
http://www.operasoftware.com/company/contact
Followed another link, "Contacts by region" to here:
http://www.operasoftware.com/press/contact
Finally, there is an email address at "For customer support, click here".They are pretty slow to reply. They actually answered a message sent to the wrong address, for media inquiry (the first one). That was the one about the security problem caused by not displaying punycode. I have not gotten any replies to any other messages since then.
