Glitch In New Version

I installed the new version update on Thurs morning, relaunched the browser, and rebooted my computer.

When the browser is opened, the icon is displayed on the taskbar but the icon remains even when the browser is closed. I right-clicked and 'unpinned the program from taskbar' and opened the browser again but the icon remains.

I checked the Settings but I do not see any option under 'Startup' to remove it after closing.

Any else have this issue and what is the fix?

I have a different issue: I don't have the Opera icon at all....same version as you but there is no icon in the top left corner and therefore it is unusable for me
