Can't press buttons in the toolbar !

I installed opera few days ago and everything worked fine, but recently whenever I try press Downloads button, the VPN button or Battery Saver button nothing shows up, at all... However I can still press the refresh button, back and forward buttons and anything else.
Things I tried to do and it didn't work:
- Delete all my extensions.
- Uninstalling and then Installing.
What should I do? it's frustrating I don't have quick access to my downloads or my VPN.
