Unable to set default browser in Windows 10

Hi,
I am using Windows 10 64bit and just installed latest version of Opera. But I have a problem that I can't set Opera as the default browser, I visit the setting window like picture below and try to set but it didn't work, nothing happen when I choose or Opera.
Is there anyway to fix this? I really want to use Opera as my default browser.

How did you install Opera? Did you install it for all users?
