Opera is broken in Windows 10 Creators update

There are many issues in Opera running inside the latest Win 10 Creators update...

For example:

The "Enable the search pop-up when selecting text" feature is not showing, but it's there invisible, I know that because if you click in the right spot it will either search or copy...

The download panel is not showing up as well, I'm talking about the pop-up panel that opens when you click on the download button on the top right corner....

Also several extensions that use some kind pop-up are not working properly, Instant Translate is a good example....

Those are some of the issues I found, and I tried with the Opera stable and the latest Dev versions...
