Hi, got quite a nut to crack here.
All my language settings are set for Polish. But still the first site is shown in German. My company policy is to use secure VPN. Servers are in Germany so everything thinks I'm in Germany, Opera aparently too. And im going crazy about it, coz everything is in polish, exept starting page.

Removing and adding links / speed dials is not a problem.
The thing that bothers me are things that are unremovable like all the names (Beliebt Seiten, Zuletzt Besucht, Unterhaltung)
I just can't belive someone designed that front page without the ability to change the language... So if someone travels to china he will have everything in chineese ?

If one installs it while in China one would assume you can ready Chinese. Did you remember to update the language to English?

You could reinstall Opera while disconnected from the VPN, or you could manually update your Local State file from
%appdata%
to set another country as default after installation. You may also wish to refer to Google (or other search engine) is leading me to the page for a different country
at Frequently asked questions. -

Latest version of Opera doesn't have such things.
To be honest I don't remember have seen such things before.Check the start page settings, maybe you can hide them.
