How do I get back to tabs to the right of the menu

I did something that caused tabs to move from being on the right of the Opera menu icon/text button to the line below it. How do I get it back to the way it was? I've tried dragging the tab up, looking for it in settings, etc. to no avail.

I am an Opera newbie so go easy on me.
