opera 44.0.2510.1218 pgo problems

it takes a longtime to load and be ready for web navigation and it also
takes time to close
also at various points of time it becomes unresponsive
it is not possible to access the plugins page by any to me known means
and when i run the internal pages cpu usage extension it lists a number
of detected problems which i cannot handle.talking about extensions i only
have four installed-4-and tried by disabling them to see any difference
but there is no such one
it also consumes a lot of memory with various opera processes and only one
tab open -around half GB-as shown at the windows task manager
i have reinstalled it and uninstalled it a number of times without luck
i have cleared recent history cookies etc also,i have a back up of the
whole opera stable file,found at users,user,app data,roaming,which i
exchange for the respective file after installation
these problems were not present with the previous version,but i cannot
find it and install it
i have windows 7 home premium 64 bit fully updated with 4gb ram and
dual core cpu and nvidia gt 540m,with 320 GB partitioned hard drive,
it is an Acer 5750G laptop -
