How to clear all the clutter off Opera's start up screen

I'm new to Opera, after finally getting fed up with Firefox after all the bugs that keep happening in new releases. BUT!! The start screen in Opera is a mess of clutter, how can all the "stuff" be removed and items that are important to me be added?
