[Solved]How to disable dragging mouse to open new speedial tab page?

Description: When I press right click of mouse and dragging it down in site google.com, opera will auto open new speedial tab.

Steps to reproduce: Open any website, keep pressing right click of mouse and drag it downway.

Actual result: Opera will auto open new speedial tab.

Expected result: Opera should do nothing for the chrome extension Extension Scrollbar Anywhere to work.

It's right there in Settings > Browser > Shortcuts.

Mouse Gesture is really a useless feature.
