Hi i have a problem in sync my data from opera browser.. i installed a new windows version for my laptop and i have an account in opera i signed in and request to sync my data but it requested a pass to do this and told if i did not remember the pass i will reset sync without losting data .. i clicked on this and now i cant find my bookmarks and speed dials before installing the version .. any help ?

Probably your old OS account password.
told if i did not remember the pass i will reset sync without losting data
When you reset your synced data, it is removed form the sync servers. So unless you have a local backup, your data is gone.
