Issue with VPN Button, Download Button, Battery Saver Button

Hello, i just want to mention about bug that came with Opera (Dev Version and Stable version) in Windows 10 Creator Update.

The button for VPN, Download, and Battery Saver are cannot be clicked, or when it clicked, it wasnt show anything. I cant change region for the VPN anyway.
