Reopen last window (After have closed Opera)

Opera needs a feature to reopen the last closed window, similar that it is in Chrome.
I know you can reopen the last closed window when you have multiple opened windows, but if you close the last window you do not have any options to restore it. Only by going into history and manually open the last webpages visited.
This could be useful if you want to quickly close and then reopen Opera (say for example on installing Flash, that needs the browser to be closed), or when Opera crashes and you want to quickly restore all tabs.
Hope it will get implemented.
Thanks! -

Settings > On start-up > Enable 'Continue from where I left off' (or something like that).

I know about that setting, but I don't want to always start opera with all tabs open, i want to start clean, and use Ctrl+shift+t to open last session only when needed.

I'm not on Windows right no, but I thought they had an option to restore the last session on the tab menu. I'll have to look later ...

Must have been one of the other browsers I check out; I sure don't see it here.
