After all this time?
It's still useful for those of us who by choice or necessity are still running older operating systems.
Surely it wasn't closed now because some idiot thought he'd be "funny" by posting an irrelevant message that he was using Windows 8.1?!

It was closed because there isn't any meaning in keep it opened as the initial issue has been already solved. If and when a new update for XP/Vista is released, a new topic can be opened to announce it.
Those facing issues with Opera on XP/Vista can open specific topics to discuss them like anyone else.

OK, fair enough Leo. I was just a bit surprised that it was suddenly closed after being there all this time.
I wondered if something specific had triggered the decision.
