[Solved]Cannot access my Plugins page

Since a couple days ago (4/6/17) I can't access my Plugins page (opera:plugins).
Here is the error message:
"This site can’t be reached
The webpage at opera://plugins/ might be temporarily down or it
may have moved permanently to a new web address."
Would highly appreciate your comment. Thanks.

It's because that page no longer exist. Go to Settings > Sites > Flash to change settings for Flash.
