Totally new to Opera, but I thought I had figured things out...basically.

But, while I was populating my bookmarks bar:

      1. I accidentally moved a folder up there that doesn't belong, but I can't move it out again...to anywhere. No matter where I try to move it (or any of its contents) to, I get the Nope symbol. If I absolutely have no choice, I can live with it there but I feel like I must be missing something.

      2. A couple of my bookmark bar links are showing a generic folder icon instead of their icon. I thought it might be because it was leading to a secure page but only one of them is. Any thoughts?

Thanks very much for any help.
      Karina

            Thank you, leocg.
            Not so much, zalex.

For some reason, I did not do what I always do when I make a software change and reboot. When I did, there was no problem with anything I wanted to do.

But, because this was my first (and last, now ) post, it was moderated and couldn't edit, reply or delete it until it went live which I was never notified about.

I will not bother coming here again with questions.
