[Solved]Data exchange at startup and closing

Hi,
I'm curious, what Opera is doing after it started or closed? An icon at cursor keeps circling for 3-7 seconds after it's showed up on the screen or has gotten away. It doesn't happen if I switch wifi off. And nothing happens after I switch it on when it's already started.
A little about myself: Opera 44.0.2510.857 (PGO), Windows 10.0.14393 Build 14393, no extensions installed, fresh install, not much data in cache. No theme selected, a checkbox Help improve Opera if off (sorry about that). Same happened to prior versions of Opera too.THanks

I think file i/o can be ruled out as it takes no time because that delay doesn't happen if I switch wifi off.
So it's all about auto-update and sync. And it runs every time I run the browser even if I do it every 5 sec. Just on and off.
Can I turn these things off or at least make them less frequent?
Thanks

Renamed opera_autoupdate.exe and it now closes without delay. Will run it myself whenever I recall that
My sync has always been off.So perhaps file i/o takes those few seconds at start. I noticed the same delay when wifi was off.
Thanks a lot for your help.
