Hello,
is it possible to disable the blocking of a popup for a temporarily time over a key-bind or is it already implemented?

It is not listed in the list of actions that can be assigned to keyboard shortcuts. You can set exceptions for specific pages (if you always want to allow popups on a particular site), but otherwise you need to use the icon in the address field. (If you want to rephrase this as a feature request, you can post that in the Suggestion Box forum.)

I have already looked at this list and could not find it, so I thought it was not implemented. So thank you for this confirmation.
