Sync not syncing all settings on Windows

I have configured a special search engine on one computer. That version of Opera is set to sync amongst other things Opera settings. Yet when I go to another computer which also has the same sync settings configured it does NOT have this special search engine showing up. Why is this happening?

Search engines are not synced.

"Transport" Web Data file inside Opera profile to the others installations.

You'll find it going to:

OMenu > About Opera > Paths >> Profile

Then navigate with the explorer | Win + R > %AppData%
