When vpn does not work after opera start, toggling vpn make opera stuck.

i used to have the built-in VPN working flawlessly until recently. it just doesn't work anymore. forever stuck at "connecting". i'm guessing the VPN service died.

I have the same issue, i have to disabled the antivirus to be able to connect the VPN
