We need to set Opera so that it opens to a specific page. When are using a method to copy the default profile to all users, but the home page for Opera will not stay the way we set it. How can I set the home page in Opera to be the same for all users?

I wonder if these pages would help:
https://www.chromium.org/administrators
https://www.chromium.org/administrators/windows-quick-start
https://www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3
https://www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3#Homepage
https://www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3#RestoreOnStartupGroup
Not sure if something similar can be used for Opera though, even though it uses chromium. I'd assume that if some of those are supported by Opera, you'd probably have to create "Opera" policy keys.

We set a page to load when Opera is opened, and then ran Sysprep on the machine with the CopyProfile key set. If you are not familiar with this, it copies the base profile so that any settings are then copied and applied to any new users logging in to the computer. So the settings I set in Opera should apply to anyone logging in to the computer. But the setting is not sticking.
I am checking https://www.chromium.org/administrators as suggested by burnout426. I will let you know. Thanks.

What is the problem? It starts with SpeedDial? Does not save the settings at all?
Maybe limit the "preferences" file to read only may help you? I think that setting it's there, but just in case you don't allow your users to edit preferences.
I want to create some W10 Iso images with everything, so this post may help me building it xD

It starts at the Settings page, instead of the start page that I set. I need it to start at a specific page for the organization. When I created the disc image last year, this worked just fine. But it is not working with the current version of Opera.
It's a shame. If I can't find a solution, I will have to remove Opera.

Preferences as read only with the Settings page as last opened and "continue where I left off" configured?

Well, I mean through explorer, right click to the file, Read Only option checked.
But it's something someone had to be done before, it's not per default, if it's a new iso surely not, but if it's an update of a previous iso, who knows...

I appreciate your time and your input. But I am out of time, and I have to lock this image down. So I have removed Opera. I may take another look at a later date when I make updates to the image.
