Do you have latest PPAPI Flash installed?

No, and i won't install the FlashPlayer or the Plugin.

All other browser don't have Flash either. But they can play this video.

Only Opera fails.

The strange thing is, many other videos from this website i can play with Opera.

Only very few videos don't work which i can then only play with other browsers.

I've cleaned everything since the installation: all browser history, cookies, site settings etc.
With: ctrl + shift + h

Then played again these two videos. Nothing changed, it doesn't work. I can only hear the sound.

Then i installed the User Aent Switcher. Changed to windows, Linux , Chrome and Firefox. All combinations.
And always cleaned the browser history (With: ctrl + shift + h) when switching to another user Agent before playing the videos.
Here i checked then my User Agent every time: http://mybrowserinfo.com/

Well, at least here that page seems to use Flash.

Chrome brings its own Flash.

My FireFox has no Flash installed. And i've deactivated Flash on Chrome.
And both browsers can play these videos, without flash.
And my Palemoon browser has also no Flash, and it can play these videos.

Yes, i set up my system few days ago. It's completely new with newest drivers.
OS: Windows 7 64bit icl. all updates, Graphic Card ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450 with newest driver from amd.com homepage

Guys, i've tested the video also now with my IE 11.0
He can't play this video either!
I get this message:
"The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: http://www.fail.to/videos/7601ae81c2156d11a11911ccf802a4e3.mp4undefinedundefined"

In the Internet, there is a service where you can test different OS with different browsers.

I set there: OS windows 7
That are the results:

Internet Explorer: fails (same error message as above)
FireFox: successfull played
Opera: fails (same error message as above)

I never installed any codecs.
And when i play it directly in Opera, there is only sound and the video still is black.

I created new profile, i followed your advice.

But it didn't help.
The sound is there but no video (it's still black).

With Opera i have at least sound, but my IE 11.0.9600.18537 can't play the video at all (no sound, no video).

I don't have any codec pack installed but the video works fine.

BTW, K-lite or any other may help.
