How to avoid video buffering?

i want to know how to stop the browser from automatically buffering videos because it takes a lot of internet bandwidth specially with facebook please need help i'm loosing my money

Go to Options > Search for Flash > Mage Exceptions > Detect for Youtube and FaceBook

Then do the "same", just check what's better, in my case they do not buffer itself, I think MagicActions for Y2B stops buffer too.
