Problem volume with Opera Browser

I can hear full volume from other application, but I cannot hear full volume on Opera Browser. For example, let's just say you set into 50% volume in your computer. You open up the application and you can hear normal volume, and then you decided to go to Opera Browser and then you only hear a little like 5% to 10% volume than other application.
