They are on your computer, but you can only view one at a time. If you have enabled Sync then they are also "in the cloud", but you can't view them there - you can only view them once you have synced the version of Opera on your computer to the data stored "in the cloud" and not on a website.

The physical location of this file is AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable (from your home directory of course).
